Chocolate Rain Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 dl all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 dl milk
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 g Vanajan Suklaasade Chocolate Chip Biscuits, crumbled
  • Butter (for frying)
  • TOPPING
    • Whipped cream
    • Vanajan Suklaasade Chocolate Chip Biscuits, crumbled
    • Berries
    • Chocolate sauce or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Crush Vanajan Suklaasade biscuits into small pieces.
  • Mix flour, biscuit crumbs, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add egg, Greek yogurt, and milk, then stir until smooth.
  • Allow the mix to sit for about 10 minutes to ensure fluffy pancakes.
  • Heat a pancake or frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter. Pour pancake mix onto the pan and cook until small bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for a little longer.
  • Serve the pancakes with whipped cream, Vanajan Suklaasade crumbs, fresh berries, and chocolate sauce (maple syrup).
