- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar

- 2 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 100 g Vanajan Suklaasade Chocolate Chip Biscuits, crumbled
- Butter (for frying)

Instructions
- Crush Vanajan Suklaasade biscuits into small pieces.
- Mix flour, biscuit crumbs, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add egg, Greek yogurt, and milk, then stir until smooth.
- Allow the mix to sit for about 10 minutes to ensure fluffy pancakes.
- Heat a pancake or frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter. Pour pancake mix onto the pan and cook until small bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for a little longer.
- Serve the pancakes with whipped cream, Vanajan Suklaasade crumbs, fresh berries, and chocolate sauce (maple syrup).
