With over 60 years of experience, we’ve learned that great taste comes not only from recipes but also from responsible choices.
In the heart of Hämeenlinna, we bake biscuits that are delicious, high-quality, and environmentally respectful. For years, we’ve embraced circular economy principles: surplus and by-products are given new life as products, animal feed, or bioenergy. At the same time, we’ve prioritized the use of certified, responsibly produced raw materials and made bold decisions, such as eliminating palm oil from our recipes over a decade ago.

NOTHING GOES TO WASTE
Our approach minimizes food waste and embraces circular economy principles. We’ve already achieved a 100% reuse rate for production waste – all potential leftovers and by-products are repurposed into new products, animal feed, or bioenergy.
