We are a traditional, innovative and growing biscuit factory in Hämeenlinna – the heart of Finland.
In the background of our company you can find various skills in economics and techniques. The owners of the company are also responsible for the daily operative activities. The company’s ownership structure is purely Finnish and Vanajan Keksit will keep maintaining and continuing the Kantola´s five decades old baking traditions.
There are three important production factors behind our tasty and crunchy wafers, biscuits and crisp rolls rusks; first-class raw materials, skilled and motivated staff, and a high- quality production technology.
You as our customer play a key role in the development of our company’s future. Our product development procedures are based on the feedback from our customers and dialog with our cooperation partners. Each one of us in the company management are entrepreneurs and dare think out loud. This, together with the feedback from outside, makes the product development process well breathing and working.
Product safety is one of the key words in today’s industrial production and we at Vanajan are pioneers in this area in Finland. We have done more and gone far beyond the basic requirements. We have done this, because we believe that the company’s quality management system and quality control are fundamental parts of our brand “Vanajan” and the brand awareness.
Our Internationally approved and certified FSSC22000 quality system controls not only the production of our products and our company, but all our functional operations. It can be said that the FSSC22000 system is an important partner for each of us working in our company, whether one deals with the production or administration. We are confident that our customers share our goals and think like we do about the significance of having these working principles as an important part of the cooperation
